Welcome to Vesta Jets. By requesting a quotation, booking a flight, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions Client: Any individual or legal entity requesting a quotation or contracting private aviation services through Vesta Jets.
Vesta Jets: The company responsible for coordinating and providing private aviation services, charter flights, and air transportation solutions.

2. Quotations and Availability All quotations issued by Vesta Jets are subject to aircraft availability, crew availability, operational permits, airport restrictions, and applicable regulations.
Quotations remain valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
Pricing, availability, and operational conditions may change without prior notice until the service has been formally confirmed.
Vesta Jets reserves the right to substitute the originally quoted aircraft with another aircraft of equivalent or superior category when operational circumstances require it.

3. Reservations and Payments Flight confirmation is subject to receipt of the applicable payment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be received prior to the scheduled departure.
Past due invoices may accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
The Client shall be responsible for any reasonable costs associated with the collection of overdue payments.

4. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through Vesta Jets' official communication channels.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to departure may be subject to administrative charges depending on the specific service contracted.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled departure may result in charges equivalent to one hour of flight time.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to departure, or passenger no-shows, may result in the full charter amount being charged.

5. Passenger Check-In and Presentation Time Passengers are required to arrive at the designated departure location at the time specified by Vesta Jets.
The company may wait up to 60 minutes beyond the scheduled departure time.
If one or more passengers fail to arrive within that period, Vesta Jets reserves the right to proceed with the flight or cancel the service based on operational considerations.
Additional waiting charges may apply for delays attributable to the Client or passengers.

6. Itinerary Changes Requests for changes to schedules, routes, airports, or passenger information are subject to operational feasibility and may result in additional charges.
All modification requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Vesta Jets.

7. Travel Documentation All passengers must present a valid government-issued photo identification prior to boarding.
Each passenger is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation, including passports, visas, entry permits, health certificates, and any other documentation required by local authorities.
Vesta Jets shall not be liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete, invalid, or missing documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability Vesta Jets coordinates transportation services through authorized operators and service providers.
Vesta Jets shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, operational changes, weather conditions, government restrictions, labor disputes, third-party failures, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesta Jets' liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the affected service.

9. Operational Interruptions and Extraordinary Circumstances In the event of adverse weather conditions, operational restrictions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances affecting the performance of a flight, Vesta Jets reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the service.
Whenever possible, reasonable alternative transportation or rescheduling options will be offered.
Applicable charges shall be determined based on the services actually provided and the operational costs incurred.

10. Additional Services The following services may result in additional charges:

  • In-flight catering
  • Ground transportation
  • Hotel accommodations
  • VIP assistance services
  • Satellite communications
  • Aircraft de-icing
  • Special permits and authorizations
  • Client-requested itinerary modifications
  • Any service not expressly included in the original quotation

11. Passenger Conduct All passengers must comply with aviation safety regulations, crew instructions, and applicable laws.
Any conduct that jeopardizes the safety of the aircraft, passengers, crew members, or operations may result in the immediate termination of services and may be subject to legal action.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to services provided by Vesta Jets shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Acceptance By requesting a quotation, making a payment, confirming a reservation, or using any service provided by Vesta Jets, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
